James Pitt
Your Army was founded in 2007 by James Pitt. With over 13 years experience in dance music, James has worked with the best and biggest selling dance acts in the world; from Fatboy Slim, Daft Punk, Leftfield, The Prodigy and the Chemical Brothers through to Underworld, LCD Soundsystem, Portishead, DJ Shadow, Kraftwerk and Massive Attack.
James is your point of contact for any Artist Management or Remix Agency enquiries and he also oversees all promotional campaigns focussing on early strategic planning.
Despite his advanced years he is still known to act like a child.

Christian Nockall
Christian joined Your Army when the company was first formed in 2007 to work across club promotion and specialist radio. Now Head Of Radio at Your Army he is your point of contact for all National Radio enquiries.
Over the last 12 months Christian has helped sell over 1 million + singles and recent successes include the UK number 1 chart smash DJ Fresh 'Louder' (with the second fastest selling first week sales in 2011), plus three top 5 UK chart hits with breakthrough artists, Katy B (‘Katy On A Mission’) and Wretch 32 (‘Traktor’ 'Unorthodox').
Other current campaigns include Justice, Niki & The Dove, Jess Mills, Skream, Fenech-Soler, Hudson Mohawke, Toddla T and more.

Em
Em (Emmanuel to his Mum) joined Your Amy from Power Promotions in early 2009. He is at the frontline of all the club promotions action; feeding upfront music to taste maker DJs, processing DJ applications, ensuring the smooth operation of mail outs and providing dance magazine Editors with info on the biggest releases of the day.
Working at Your Army is a "beautiful thing" he says, "I'm glad to be part of a company providing a good and honest approach to the way music is promoted".

DAN KINASZ
Formerly of PromoOne, Dan Kinasz has previously worked on promo campaigns for some of the biggest names in dance music including David Guetta, DJ Hell and Harry ‘Choo Choo’ Romero.
Kinasz joined the ranks late 2010 and will be concentrating on cementing relationships with clients, taste maker DJs and expand Your Army’s worldwide radio and club services.

Ailsa Kerr
Ailsa joined Your Army in early 2009 with past experience at Muzik Magazine, Fabric & Warner Records alongside brand management roles.
Her diverse and colourful background (including a three year stint running a bar in Brazil) makes her ideally suited to the varied and challenging position of Management & Label assistant.

John Power
John joined Your Army in 2010, after nearly three years at Name PR and having spent the best part of a decade promoting club nights, running labels, managing artists and writing for the likes of Time Out, House, Dummy and his own blog Slutty Fringe.
Having worked with some of the biggest and most influential record labels around, not to mention some of the UK's leading live music promoters, venues and festival organisers, John has ten years experience of managing successful print, online and social media campaigns at all levels of the music industry.
John is your point of contact for all Press, Online and Blog promotions.
Press Officer
CHARLOTTE
SWEENEY
Joining the company in 2011, Charlie has 3 years experience in PR across music, TV and entertainment, working with huge mainstream talent such as the X Factor, N-Dubz, McFly and comedian Jack Whitehall.
Deciding that she'd been living a lie pretending to love pop 24/7, Charlie will be working across print, online and social media press campaigns at Your Army alongside John in order to expand the press team.
Radio Promotions Assistant
JASPREET SAMBI
Relatively fresh faced in the scene, Jazzy went straight from interning at Hospital Records to working at London’s Fabric nightclub promotions team for two years. After a stint at MOS she has joined the Your Army team to assist Christian with radio plugging duties... and plans to one day take his position!
